With over 25 years of professional experience and a deep-seated calling to the ministry of presence, Rev. Kemink serves as a bridge for those navigating the complex intersections of faith, mental health, and life’s most difficult moments.
As an ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament (PCUSA) and a Board Certified Chaplain, her approach is rooted in Faith-based guidance—the art of listening, acknowledging, and validating the sacred experience of every individual to reach restoration and healing. She specializes in coaching and counseling for high-performers, those at risk of burnout, women feeling overwhelmed by of life, those with special needs children, and much more.



A Journey of Calling and Preparation
Rev. Kemink’s path to pastoral counseling was forged through rigorous clinical training and a clear calling from God. After graduating from Western Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity, she completed a specialized Chaplaincy residency at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health and the University of Michigan Health Hospital.
It was within these clinical settings that she discovered the profound power of “being present”—walking alongside children, adults, and families during their most vulnerable moments.

When she is not walking alongside others in their healing journey, Rev. Kemink finds her own restoration in the simple joys of life. She cherishes time with her husband of 30+ years, her family, and friends. Whether she is lost in a good book or exploring new places, she remains a lifelong student oGod’s’s grace and the beauty of His creation.
